With our Bronze package we provide the start of the Leadership Development journey; the diagnostic phase of our process.

Who Is This For?

This package is for organisations who are looking for an independent party to help assess the leadership acumen of the organisation and advise on further steps which they can implement within their in-house learning and development (L&D) pathway.


Organisational Diagnostics

At LAMDA Solutions we follow a clear process which starts with a monitoring visit where we take a holistic view of the organisation. Some of the main aspects we look for include;

  • Are a clear set of underlying values present?
  • Is there a clear and inspiring direction on the strategy being used?
  • Do senior leaders work as a coherent team?
  • Are the senior leaders committed to a clear direction?
  • Are senior leaders willing to acknowledge necessary changes in their own behaviour?
  • Is the leadership style and culture in place conducive to honest conversations about problems?
  • Is there fear within teams preventing the reporting of obstacles and barriers to effectiveness?
  • Is there coordination across teams within the organisation?
  • Is there adequate leadership time and attention given to talent related issues?

In order to fully understand the culture and dynamics of an organisation during the monitoring visit, we conduct organisational diagnostics. This process involves various methods such as;

  • Questionnaires.
  • Site Visits.
  • Shadowing.
  • Interviews with Leaders and Employees.

Our questionnaires are designed to collect data on a variety of factors that affect organisational performance, such as leadership style, communication, teamwork, and motivation. By analysing the results, we can identify areas where improvements can be made and create tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each organisation.

Site visits and shadowing allow us to gain a deeper understanding of how an organisation operates on a day-to-day basis. We can observe the interactions between employees, assess the effectiveness of communication channels, and gain insight into the culture of the organisation. Interviews with leaders and employees provide valuable feedback on what is working well and what can be improved.


By conducting organisational diagnostics, we can create a comprehensive picture of the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation. We are able to do this by analysing the holistic data which we would have collected. We then provide detailed feedback where we look to highlight any areas for development.

This feedback can then be used to inform your internal organisational learning and development program or you our tailored intervention should you opt for a higher tier package.
