The Ongoing Contract
Keep In-Touch Visits
As part of the LAMDA way we have developed and aim to ebody the foundational principles of “L-E-A-D-E-R” within each of our leadership development packages. As part of our process we know that for effective leadership development there must be continued L-E-A-D-E-R cycles. These L-E-A-D-E-R cycles must not only come from the leaders within the process, but from those facilitating the process.
Within the platinum package, our keep in-touch visits allow us to continue to observe and interact with employees at all levels within your organisation. This ensures we are able to start the learning process and diagnose any potential areas for development. We look to keep you updated with what we observe, allowing you to make any informed decisions as to whether to invest in a new leadership development cycle.

Refresher Workshops
Within the platinum package we also include refresher workshops, these will occur on the days when we make our keep in-touch visits. These refresher workshops play a pivotal role in ensuring continuous growth and success for both leaders and your organisation alike.
