Gold Package

With our Gold package we provide the entire Leadership Development journey; from the diagnostic phase through the conference and the follow-up period to ensure learning, growth and action has occured.

Who is this for?

This package is for organisations who are looking for an independent party to assess the leadership acumen of the organisation before both delivering and following through on the development phase via a bespoke learning and support package designed to address the outcome of the diagnostic phase. Through this package, we at LAMDA Solutions work as part of the in-house learning and development (L&D) pathway.

The 12-Month Contract

One-to-One Coaching

To compliment the workshops within the Executive Leadership Conference, LAMDA Solutions offers a package of one-to-one coaching for each of the attending leaders. This ensures a more personalised level of attention to each leaders development.

One-to-one coaching is an essential element of the LAMDA way, allowing leaders to receive personalised feedback and support tailored to their unique needs, providing space for leaders to reflect upon their practice in respect to the leadership concepts, theories, and practices delivered within the workshops.

Our one-to-one coaching is designed to help leaders develop their skills and overcome their unique challenges. Using a variety of techniques and tools, including goal setting, self-reflection, and feedback, we help leaders gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. By focusing on the individual needs of each leader, we help them build the skills and confidence needed to lead their teams to success.

What Is Included?

10 Coaching sessions per leader across the 12-Month package.
This corresponds to 1 session per month following the Executive Leadership Conference.

Organisational Drop-Ins

The best way to determine the impact of our work together within the Executive Leadership Conference is to see it in action. Therefore, as part of our follow-up work we at LAMDA Solutions make several visits where we look to observe the leadership in action and engage with both the leaders and members of the team.

These visits give us a real sense of the lasting impact of our work together and an indication of any further work which may need to be done or explored together within our follow-up workshops. We look to tie these visits in with our one-to-one coaching visits as well as our follow-up workshops.

Our drop-ins are designed to help the impact of the work which we are undertaking together. By observing the leadership practice and engaging with members of the team, we are able to identify any further areas within both individual or system-wide practice which can be explored together in our one-to-one coaching or together within one of the follow-up workshops.

By seeing leadership in action, we can help guide individual leaders, encouraging them to further develop their leadership potential which in turn can help lead their teams to greater success.

What Is Included?

Depending on the scope of the package, there will be a different number of drop-in days.

Foundational: 6 drop-in days.
Advanced: 9 drop-in days.
Evolutionary: 12 drop-in days.

Follow-Up Workshops

One of the greatest downfalls of learning and development programs is the use of single-session delivery. While initial workshops, such as those within our Executive Leadership Conference, may provide valuable insights and knowledge, they often lack the necessary reinforcement for long-term retention and practical application. This is where our follow-up workshops become instrumental in maximising the impact of leadership development. By incorporating follow-up sessions within our Gold package, leadership development is taken to a new level of effectiveness and application.

Spaced learning and recall are proven techniques, when it comes to leadership development we use this approach by revisiting and reinforcing key concepts, strategies, and skills. By spacing out our workshops, leaders can review and reflect on the material, facilitating better memory retention. This reinforcement helps leaders internalise the knowledge, turning it into ingrained habits and behaviours, rather than a fleeting experience from a one-time event.

At LAMDA Solutions we utilise the simple model of memory, which highlights the significance of our follow-up workshops. We break learning into three phases; the encoding phase, the storage phase and the retrieval phase. In the encoding phase, leaders are exposed to new information during the initial workshops of the Executive Leadership Conference. However, to move this information from short-term to long-term memory storage, intentional practice and follow-up sessions are crucial.

Our subsequent workshops reinforce these neural connections, strengthening the memory trace and increasing the chances of successful retrieval and application in real-world leadership scenarios. The follow-up workshops also offer a unique opportunity for leaders to share their experiences and challenges since the initial session ecouraging collaboration. These interactions foster a supportive learning community, allowing participants to learn from each other’s successes and setbacks. The collective wisdom and shared experiences create a more dynamic and enriching learning environment that contributes to improved leadership performance.

Follow-up workshops are an essential component of effective leadership development, reinforcing knowledge, encouraging practical application, and fostering a supportive learning community. As leaders engage in these spaced, reinforced learning experiences, they become better equipped to face real-world challenges, drive organisational growth, and lead with confidence and competence.
