With our Silver package we kick-start the Leadership Development journey with a package of bespoke initial workshops delivered within a conference; bringing together members of your leadership team.
Who is this for?
This package is for organisations who are looking for an independent party to not only assess the leadership acumen of the organisation, but deliver a bespoke package of workshops designed around the outcome of this diagnostic phase. The organisation can then choose to implement any further steps within their in-house learning and development (L&D) pathway.
Executive Leadership Conference
The Executive Leadership Conference is where we deliver workshops for our attending leaders. Our workshops cover a range of topics, including Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication Skills, Building High-Performing Teams, Time Management and Productivity, Strategic Decision-Making, Coaching and Mentoring for Leaders, Creative Problem Solving and Innovation, Managing Change and Uncertainty, and Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion.
We believe that each of our workshops provide valuable insights and skills that can help leaders at all levels to improve their leadership practice and deliver better outcomes for their teams and organisations.
Our range of workshops are designed to help leaders and their team members to develop the skills they need to succeed in today’s complex business environment. We build our package upon the outcomes of the diagnostics which we would carry out on the organisation.
The breadth of the workshops which we offer are divided depending on three further tiers: Foundational, Advanced, and Evolutionary. Each workshop is bespokely designed, using our Leadership Standards as a framework, to address the areas of development highlighted by the organisational diagnostics.
Each package builds upon the scope of the previous package depending on the themes which are highlighted by the diagnostic. The Foundational package is designed to provide leaders and team members with the foundational skills within each area, the Advanced package looks to develop further upon this knowledge and skills to improve participants’ leadership practice even more, while the Evolutionary package looks to develop participants’ leadership skills even further, aiming to add resilience and adaptability in preparation for the challenges of the future.
